Codruța Vlasin is partner at VLASIN & ASSOCIATES, specializing in the employment area of practice where she has coordinated or been involved in a wide variety of projects including personnel restructuring, transfers of undertaking, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements etc.

She also has an impressive experience in public procurement matters, having a considerable body of expertise in dealing with the various stages of the procedures for awarding public procurement and concession agreements, as well as in the management of the legal risks deriving from the applicable legal framework.

She has successfully represented local companies before the Romanian courts in disputes regarding the execution of public procurement contracts.

Codruta has also acquired a significant level of knowledge in the field of corporate and commercial law, being involved in numerous processes of establishing new companies as well as restructuring of existing companies (including mergers and spin-offs).

Before founding VLASIN & ASSOCIATES, Codruta was part of the employment department of one of the leading international firms, gathering significant experience in a range of sophisticated projects.
