Razvan Bala

Razvan Bala is partner at VLASIN & ASSOCIATES, specializing in civil and commercial litigation. He also advises in administrative law and insolvency matters as well as in matters pertaining to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.

He has successfully represented local and international companies before the Romanian courts in complex civil and commercial law disputes, and he also has an extensive experience in administrative law litigation.

Before joining VLASIN & ASSOCIATES, Razvan was part of the litigation department of one of the leading law firms in Romania, gathering significant experience in dispute resolution.

He has the right to represent clients at all levels of the local judicial system, from the lower courts to the High Court of Justice.

He graduated the University of Bucharest Law School (2013) and the French-Romanian Law College (2012) from the same University. He also holds a degree from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies, Faculty of Political Science. (2009).

Razvan Bala is a member of the Bucharest Bar (2013). He speaks English and French.
